Windhoek to Victoria Falls

Etosha is the venue for some of the unique game viewing experiences in Africa. We have a full day to explore and search abundant wildlife that occurs in many dotted waterholes throughout the park. It gives us more chances of seeing game by doing the full day game drive.

Swakopmund is one of the fastest developing towns in Namibia and has a Germany influence. By entering it, it gives us time to do the city tour.

In the morning, we meet our local expert who will take us to the sand dunes around Swakopmund for a half day Living Desert Tour where to experience living organism in the desert.

After breakfast we head off to the desert driving along the coast into Walvis Bay in search of flamingos and pelicans. As we drive pass through the port Walvis Bay we get into open area very quiet, then Moon landscape and Tropical of Capricorn.

Early morning we head of to the national park. A brisk-climb up Dune 45, this landmark dune offers the perfect vantage point marvel at the endless sea of red sand dunes. Then 4x4 transfer into Sossusvlei, where we spend time on foot visiting the pans at Sossusvlei and Dead vlei.

Windhoek is the capital city of Namibia; we enter the city and venture into the city tour as we walk around and exploring it by foot. The evening its dinner out, opportunity to try best restaurants in town.

The area offers fine pasturage for cattle; nomadic pastoralist tribes moved into the region in prehistoric times and dug many wells there. Well known for cattle ranging the whole country. This is an opportunity to learn more about San culture and interaction with their desert environment. The late afternoon is set aside to do Bushman/ San people walk tour and learning.

The Okavango Delta is the world’s largest inland Delta. Okavango River has no outlet to the sea, so it empties into the sand of the Kalahari Desert, covers 16 000 square kilometers. It is a truly spectacular and unforgettable experience where wild animals are not familiar with people. This is a true wilderness area where both animals and people co-exist. In the morning, we drove from Ghanzi to Maun, where we get into 4x4s that takes us into the edges of the Delta, then mokoro mode of transport into the deep Delta. The afternoon we venture into nature walk experiencing the bush life, studying and learning. Overnight in the mid of the bush in a tent, camping, hearing different sounds of animals, insects, birds and other living things. Plus checking out stars.

Route: Ghanzi to Okavango Delta.

It is the gateway into the Okavango Delta, Moremi and Kalahari for main tourists in Botswana. It is the tourism capital and administrative Centre of Ngamiland district and the seat of power of the Batawana people. After morning nature walk, we get into mokoro mode of transport to get back to the edges of the Delta where we can get 4x4s to take us to Maun for overnight. Opportunity to do optional activity of scenic or helicopter flight over the Okavango Delta.

The largest salt pans in the world and display a unique expanse of landscape with fascinating natural scenic beauty with expanse of flat white baked featureless surface. It covers 30 000 square kilometers total area. The afternoon we visit the salt pans for sunset viewing on our Pan drive included activity.

Chobe national park is renowned for its high population of migratory elephants. Sunset boat cruise is one of the most not miss activity in Chobe national park since it has got a say to your safari. Chobe River provides a very broad habitat for bird life and it is possible to see many beautiful species.

Experience abundant of wildlife in the Chobe national park. African largest concentration of elephants, buffalos, impalas, legendary fish eagle and many more bird life along the river. As we continue searching for wildlife by doing morning and afternoon game drives will meander along the banks of the Chobe River.

Is also known as “Mosi OA Tunya which means The Smoke That Thunders” in the local language, highlighting the powerful mist and noise created by the falls. The mist from the falls creates a unique micro climate, supporting a rainforest ecosystem on the surrounding. The afternoon we do guided tour of the Falls as our last highlight included on the tour.

It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and considered one of the largest and most famous waterfall system in the world. The area around Victoria Falls is known for various adrenaline pumping activities such as Bungee jumping, rafting, gorge swing and many more. The day is set aside for yourself to extend if you are interested to do activities around or you fly to the next destination.
