Term and conditions.
The total tour price includes only those services / items that are included as per itinerary such as accommodation, highlights included, meals, transport, park fees and professional tour guides. Our prices are in USD.
A binding contract comes into existence between us when we receive a deposit of 40% of the quote price or when we receive full payment of the tour when the booking is made less than 6weeks before your departure date. 60% final payment of the total tour price must be paid 6weeks / 42days before start of the safari.
It is a condition of booking that the sole responsibility lies with the guest to ensure that they carry the correct comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover themselves/travelling companions for the duration of their trip.
It is upon the guest to ensure that passports, health certificates, proof of vaccinations and visas are valid for the countries visited. Passports should have at least 3 full pages and 3months of validity after the final day of travel. Check the visa rules per destination before you go.
Standard cancellation charges are as follows:
.29-42days – 30% of the total booking cost.
.15-28days – 60% of the total booking cost.
.1-14days -100% of the total booking cost.
. No show up -100% of the total booking cost.
Unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to war, mechanical breakdowns, weather, riots and other unforeseen reasons beyond the control of Go Wild Tours may cause delays or alterations of the tour. Go Wild Tours shall not be held liable in any of these possible occurrences or any consequences, which may arise as a result of these.
The client accepts that to participate in the tour requires a measure of physical fitness and health. It is client’s obligation to ensure that he or she is medically fit to embark on the tour.
The client must at all the times comply with the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of all countries visited during the tour. In addition, the client acknowledges that any disruptive, dangerous or potentially dangerous behavior during the tour shall not be tolerated and that the Company, its employees, representatives. Agents and or contractors being so authorized, reserve the exclude the client from the tour at any point therein in such circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for any cost and / or expenses for the client resulting for exclusion as aforesaid, and the client shall not be entitled to a refund or rebate of the tour price or any additional compensation in such instances.
